His Highness the esu of chickun Dr Danjuma barde, have died this mourning due to brief illness, he was described as a peacemaker and brought development to the good people of chikun emirate.

The governor of Kaduna state has disclosed this in his Facebook account, the demised of the monarch , and also described him as an agent of peace and development, since 2015 when he was installed as the esu of chikum , the people of the the emirate witnessed tremendous achievement, in security, social development , education and other  sectors of life.

Many people mourned his loss, and described it as a great lost not only to the people of chikum emirate but Kaduna state and the entire nation, you leave us when we love you and need of you, may your soul rest well.
